The Institute of Ecology (IOE), Peking University organized its academic committee conference at the Wenjin Hotel, Beijing, on April 27. Dr. Yanhong Tang, director of the Institute of Ecology, delivered a speech on the significant progress of the institute in research, teaching, and faculty recruitment during the year 2020. Dr. Zhiheng Wang (Associate director) reported the improvement in experimental platforms afterwards. Four faculty members also presented their recent research.

The academic committee appreciated the institute's achievement during 2020 and expected the institute to achieve further advancement in its research and impact.
